The Project Character Model
Build the person. Strengthen the mind. Influence the world.
Project Character integrates three essential areas of development.
Character
Character provides the foundation.
It includes integrity, honesty, courage, responsibility, accountability, discipline, humility, service, and the willingness to make choices aligned with personal values.
Mental Performance
Mental performance strengthens how a person responds.
It includes focus, resilience, emotional control, confidence, adaptability, preparation, self-awareness, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Leadership
Leadership extends development beyond the individual.
It includes serving others, setting the example, communicating clearly, building trust, strengthening culture, and helping people become better because of your influence.
Together, these three areas create a practical development model:
Build yourself. Strengthen your mind. Lead others. Shape culture. Create legacy.
What We Believe
The principles behind the movement
Character is built daily.
Character is developed through repeated choices. It is shaped by what we do consistently—not merely by what we say we value.
Integrity is non-negotiable.
Integrity means aligning our choices with our values, keeping our word, and doing what is right even when doing so is inconvenient.
Leadership begins with service.
Leadership is not about status. It is the responsibility to positively influence, support, guide, and strengthen others.
Mental performance can be developed.
Focus, discipline, confidence, resilience, composure, and adaptability are skills that can be intentionally practiced and strengthened.
Discipline creates freedom.
Discipline gives us the structure required to act according to our standards rather than being controlled by temporary emotions or circumstances.
Every person influences someone.
Influence does not require fame, authority, or a large platform. It begins with how we treat the people directly in front of us.
Ordinary people create extraordinary impact.
Meaningful change is often created by people who consistently choose integrity, courage, responsibility, and service in ordinary moments.
Our Definition of Character
What character means to us
Character is who you are when you wake up, who you inspire throughout the day, and the fulfillment of living with integrity when you lay your head down at night.
Character is revealed in everyday moments:
- How you respond when plans change.
- How you treat people who cannot benefit you.
- Whether you keep your word.
- How you respond after failure.
- Whether your private choices align with your public values.
- What you do when pressure challenges your standards.
Character is not a destination.
It is a daily practice.
The Daily Practice
Questions that guide intentional living
Project Character begins with reflection and becomes meaningful through action.
Morning questions
Who will I become today?
Who needs the best version of me today?
Evening questions
Did I live with integrity?
Who did I help?
What kind of person did I become today?
These questions help transform character from an abstract idea into a daily process of intention, action, accountability, and growth.
